Privacy Policy and Data Protection NoticeTerms of UseCookie PolicyTrading and Performance Risk DisclosureMQL5 Purchase, Licence and Refund Information

This notice covers myfxhub.com, raptor.myfxhub.com, and their related pages. Raptor software is presented on this site and its licence is available only through MQL5 Market.

Purchases, payments, licences, and MQL5 account operations take place in the MQL5 environment operated by MetaQuotes Ltd. This website does not collect payment-card details or MQL5 passwords.

Controller and contact

The MyFXHub/Raptor site operator determines why and how personal data is processed on this website. Privacy and legal requests can be sent through the contact channel published on the site.

Do not post personal or sensitive data in public comments.

Data we collect

When you submit the Raptor contact form, we process your first and last name, email address, telephone number, selected language, source page, and submission time. Follow-up records may include status, notes, follow-up dates, last activity, duplicate-submission count and, if a purchase occurs on MQL5, its value and currency.

When you access the site, we may process your IP address, browser user-agent, requested URL, error logs, and security logs. To suggest a telephone country code, an approximate country code may be obtained from country.is and your selection may be remembered in local browser storage.

If you allow advertising measurement in the cookie panel, Meta Pixel and Conversions API may process page, training, enquiry, and later sale events together with _fbp, _fbc/fbclid, IP address, and browser information. Names, email, telephone, and external identifiers are normalized and SHA-256 hashed before server transmission; hashing does not necessarily make data anonymous.

Purposes and legal bases

Form data is used to respond to your request, provide product information, answer questions before you visit the MQL5 product page, and deliver support. Depending on applicable law, this processing relies on your request and legitimate interests. Security, abuse prevention, and duplicate management rely on legitimate interests.

Meta advertising, targeting, page, enquiry, and sale measurement operate only after your cookie-panel choice. Withdrawing consent stops future measurement and does not invalidate processing lawfully carried out beforehand.

Data may also be processed to comply with law, respond to authorities, or establish, exercise, and defend legal claims.

Recipients and international transfers

Data may be shared, only as needed, with hosting and infrastructure providers, security services, a configured Telegram notification service, and—only with your consent—Meta companies. Their servers may be outside your country.

When you visit MQL5, you provide data directly to MQL5, which acts under its own terms and privacy policy. Contact-form details are not automatically sent to MQL5 for checkout. Personal data is not sold or rented.

Retention and deletion

Records are retained only while reasonably necessary to manage an enquiry or support relationship, prevent fraud, meet legal duties, or handle possible claims. They are then deleted, destroyed, or anonymized.

The review considers last contact, purchase and support status, record sensitivity, security needs, and applicable legal periods. Browser-based country and preference records can be removed through your browser settings.

Your rights

Depending on applicable law, you may request access and a copy, correction, deletion or anonymization, restriction, recipient information, portability, objection to legitimate-interest or direct-marketing processing, and withdrawal of consent.

People in Türkiye may exercise rights under Law No. 6698 and complain to the Personal Data Protection Authority when eligible. People in the EEA/EU may complain to their competent supervisory authority. Proportionate information may be requested to verify identity and authority.

Security and minors

Reasonable technical and organizational safeguards are used against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, and loss, but no internet transmission or storage method is completely secure.

The site and Raptor are not directed to anyone under 18. Contact us to request deletion if you believe a minor's data was collected by mistake.

Changes

This notice may be updated when the product, providers, or law changes. Material updates will be shown on this page with a revised date.
